Returning an Item

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Mogizmo.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you plan to return an item please look over this simple checklist to make sure we can continue to give you the best possible service.

  • To return a product within 30 days of purchase, please contact us to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back to us.
  • Please gather the item you wish to return including receipts and if possible the original shipping box.
  • Be sure to complete the return form.
  • It is very important that you include your order number and contact information.
  • We suggest that you use USPS Priority Mail for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our shipping facility.

You can expect that your return will be resolved within 10 business days of receipt of your return.

Damaged or Defective Products

When you receive your package(s) please inspect it carefully as well as the items included. It is typical for shipping boxes to endure some wear during transit. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective product, please call or email us with specific information regarding damaged or defective products. It is very important that you contact our Customer Service Department before returning any products.

Product Warranty

Any warranty information will come in the packaging with your item. If there is no warranty information provided, the 30-day return policy applies. This warranty does not cover damage induced by intentional mishandling or abuse to the product.
